Easy Low Carb Truffle Chicken Alfredo!

This was one of the fastest keto meals I have ever made! It required one pot, and only two ingredients. It tasted surprisingly decadent, and I could easily make this for company.

Ingredients:

  • Six boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 jar Trader Joe’s black truffle Alfredo sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper to taste. Place in the skillet and cook for about seven minutes on each side, covered. Spoon the sauce over the top and cover for an additional minute.

Check to be sure that the internal temperature of the chicken is 165° before removing from heat.
