- 1 cup seasoned “breadcrumbs“
- 1 lb organic chicken tenders
- 4 Tbsp ghee, grassfed butter, lard, or avocado oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 basil leaves, finely chopped
Melt the ghee over medium-high heat in a skillet.
Dip the chicken into the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Cook the chicken in the ghee for three minutes on each side.
Put on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice and fresh basil
